Arnold Coggeshall has spent the last 18 years working in the Southern California financial community. During the past 5 years, Mr. Coggeshall founded and established Vortex Financial as a successful commercial and real estate merchant banking firm. The prior 11 years had been for independent commercial banks specializing in serving the entrepreneur of privately held businesses with sales in the $1,000,000 to $25,000,000 range. Responsibilities have included helping to implement all phases of cash management programs and various debt financing programs that involved commercial lines of credit, equipment financing, SBA lending, accounts receivable/inventory financing, domestic and international transaction programs, commercial/industrial ‘mini-perm’ loans, as well as arranging up-scale consumer relationship programs. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Coggeshall also was fully licensed representative for Investors Diversified Services marketing stocks & bonds, insurance programs and annuities, and developing Pension and Profit Sharing Programs for the small business.

Mr. Coggeshall did his undergraduate work at California State University at Long Beach and additionally attended the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, Norman as well as the Bank Marketing School at the University of Georgia, Athens.

He resides in Redondo Beach, California with his wife and two sons.
